foxfire sent notice of incomplete down load for New Computer ! Complied to F/F request ! Now I'm "Shut Out"?

Lost or Mistaken password is out of the hands of Firefox forum to help here. If the reset email doesn't or nor accessed that isn't something Firefox can fix. You need to make a new account. And if this isn't Firefox account that also precludes anything anyone can do here as well.
