Hi there,

I refreshed Firefox because it was slow and lost my saved logins and passwords. And they don't appear when I try to log in to websites.

I have some on my phone but I don't want to have to go account by account to enter them in. I have tried to sync but it won't sync from my phone to my mac.

Here are instructions to retrieve data on your Mac.

Hi Shannon, the Firefox Refresh should have moved your entire old Firefox profile folder to the Mac desktop in a folder named Old Firefox Data. Can you find that folder? It would be the source for recovering files (article linked in the first reply).
