Web sites don't maintain preferences. I have refreshed and clean installed.

This could be due to a couple of things: Perhaps [[Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for desktop]] is preventing websites from saving the required data to Firefox. You can try setting it to '''Standard''', if it's not already. Another possibility is that you've set Firefox to clear your data when you close it. In the Firefox settings, under the '''Privacy & Security''' section you should check your '''History''' settings. If you are using the '''Use custom settings for history''' option you will want to check is the '''Clear history when Firefox closes''' option is enabled. If it is, click the '''Settings...''' button and more sure that you aren't clearing out the '''Site Preferences''', '''Offline Website Data''' or '''Cookies''', since these are the various ways that websites will save your preferences.
