printer is nto getting command from firefox browser

I can print emails. cannot print from web and cannot print attachments to emails. The printer does not seem to be receiving print commands for anythin except emails. My printer had been printing fine for over a year until this week.

Hi, please try having a look at Fix printing problems in Firefox.

If that doesn't do it, try starting in Safe Mode, by holding down Shift when you start Firefox, and see if you can use the printer whilst in Safe Mode: Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox.

Note: it is possible this is a bug affecting Vista users, since I have recently seen another similar one, so if the above doesn't resolve your problem, please let us know. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1150453
