Why won't videos play anymore on weather.com since the firefox update: 47?

Since updating to Firefox 47, the videos on weather.com won't play. The word "buffering" appears at the bottom left corner of the pane and there is a horizontal squiggly line there that would indicate buffering, but it's not moving. weather.com believes it has something to do with tracking being enabled, but I'm not in "private browsing." "Firefox video issues We have received reports from users observing they are unable to play videos on Firefox 47. We believe Firefox enables Tracking Protection, which blocks third party content on our site and prevents our videos from playing.
