Firefox won't play sounds at all, not youtube or tumblr or anything, while other browsers do, windows system play sounds just fine, it's just firefox that doesn't, and it happened suddenly. I tried to restart my laptop several times with no result.

Edit:

I checked for firefox updates manually and it installed the last one. I uninstalled then reinstalled the last v of adobe flash player.

Still has the no sound problem in firefox only.

Problem solved. For anyone who is interested or has the same problem, I tried a lot of things, but what works for me is this:

Go to the Device Manager then go to Audio inputs and outputs and uninstall all what is under it. Go to Sound, video and game controllers and uninstall all what is under it. Click Action then click Scan for hardware changes. Windows will reinstall a fresh copy for each.

I'm not and expert, try this at your own risk.
