Refreshed comupter after attempting to update to Windows 8.1. This killed many things including my Thunderbird account. Forgot password. Help!
I need to get my Thunderbird account back (and preferably emails in history). I attempted to update to Window 8.1 than my computer would not boot up. I used the "refresh" option and got many programs back, but have had to download some apps. I do not remember my password for Thunderbird so when I try to access it, no go.
What can I do?

What kind of password is Thunderbird asking for? Did you create a master password to protect your email logins, or is it asking for one of your email logins?
