Not sure that I should keep posting new questions, but after there has been a reply it doesn't seem as if my previous posts will be noticed. So please accept a newbie's apologies :-) I have determined that the downloadhelper does not work with PFTV site any longer, which is the site I was using for weeks. When I went directly to youtube it seems to work fine. I have tried to get help on the downloadhelper forum but it appears that isn't currently active and then I posted in the PFTV forum as I had seen other posts asking questions about downloads but I was told that it was just a streaming site and if I wanted to download go elsewhere. I am beginning to understand a little more here :-) however their episode and movie pages are full of download program ads. So it was a little confusing. In any case, it now appears it is only with that site which seems to have the greatest selection. Would anyone know what might have changed or be conflicting with that particular site? Perhaps there is no where else to look - have done anything I know how to do. But I do wish there was a way to resolve this.
