I cannot access my United Healthcare login page

I am trying to log into the United Healthcare website, and all it does is constantly reload. It never brings up the page. I am able to access the site using Internet Explorer. Here's the page: https://www.myuhc.com/member/prewelcome.do

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
