cannot get quotes from Fidelity site - enter stock symbol, click "Quotes" and blank window pops up

Goto www.fidelity..com Enter a stock symbol such as aapl in Quotes window at top of home page Click the Quotes button A second window opens that should contain the stock's data but it is blank. This works properly using both IE and Chrome browsers
