You can check this directly in Firefox. Click the menu button, then Help > About Firefox. Firefox will automatically check for updates, and the window will show the version you are currently using. If an update is available, Firefox will download it and ask you to restart to complete the update.
If you tell us your operating system and the Firefox version shown there, we can confirm whether you are running the current version for your system.

Am I using the most current version of Firefox for my operating system.Unless you can upgrade your macOS you are using the most current Fx 115.42.0esr that is still being updated with security and or stability fixes so the EOL macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 and Windows 7, 8, 8.1 OS users can still have a secure web browser to use for a while still. The last planned update is in March 2027 unless Mozilla decides to extend updates yet again.
Firefox 116.0 and later including the current Fx 157.0 Release and 153.4.0 ESR requires macOS 10.15 (ten.fifteen) or later to run.
