Can't create new account - spins on 1st screen

Trying to add an email account. I go to 1st screen. Enter name and email address. Press continue. The screen spins and does not stop. Not after 10 minutes. I had tried earlier and got did get to the config screen. But was having problems. Cleared cache in Firefox, and then could not get past the 1st screen. Also, screenshots show how to add account shows three fields - name email, password. But I never saw that screen. That was a more old school style screen. he current screen I see has dark blue background, more modern style. See image attached. I had previously gotten past this screen, now I can't. Please help! Thank you

Recent update now uses the 'Account Hub' by default. There are still some issues with this, so please disable it and then attempt to add new account. See image as guide.

As a heads up.. I've had some info that it would be disabled automatically in version 140.4.0esr for adding a second account.
