Hi, the theme you're looking for is called Foto but has been retired. You can find the theme that is similar in Mozilla Add-Ons.

Looks like I was not clear. I am not looking for theme. I am using the color theme from Mozilla.

I want the color of the theme, which shows in the title band above, to show in body of the start page. It now shows a white background.

I recommend that you use Firefox Colour to make your own theme - it allows you to set the new tab background colour:

I was already using https://color.firefox.com/ for the color, but was checking the 'custom backgrounds" tab. After Paul advise, I check 'advanced colors' and found the 'new tab background color'.
