Mozilla does have a new swag store again for about five weeks now. https://wiki.mozilla.org/SwagStore

Whether you go to EU or NA (US/CDN) store page, look at top where it says Stickers.

Update: I also just learnt of the new Mozilla Swag Store from where you can purchase Mozilla merchandise.
