The help has told me to press the 3 lines and go from help to troubleshooting, there is only the help option which does not lead to troubleshooting so i am unable to go any further and bookmarks continue to be saved by default in travel which i cannot alter to the correct folder

I was trying to change my password because Firefox was acting crazy and would not let me log in, and everything that I have saved in my collections are now gone, which are 6 years worth of sites that I have saved. Is there anyway I can get it back? I'm on a Android 16 Samsung Galaxy S23 FE.

If possible, please fix the bugs in the update which disabled my ability to enjoy using firefox. I used to use Firefox to listen to YouTube to get past the ads and I could turn my phone off with Firefox continuing to run in the background allowing me to continue listening. after an update to Firefox occurred, the Firefox app would stop running in the background when I turned the screen off on my new Samsung phone.

I connected my blutooth headphones, my video wouldn't load. Then I switched to a different tab, it only ever showed the background color, not even a loading bar. This happens for every tab. The same thing happened last night with my wired headphones.

Well on May 14th it said in synced all my data on fire fox. I guess because I downloaded what's app and put my telephone number in my computer. Plus this is a school computer. Will that hurt anything.

Firefox Android address bar shows spam-like URL suggestions when Bing is the default search engine and Chinese keywords are typed.

Conditions: - Only Firefox Android + Bing reproduces. - Other search engines do not reproduce. - Other browsers do not reproduce. - Network-independent. - Fresh Firefox profile still reproduces. - Clearing data / disabling suggestions did not resolve it.

Observed: Spam-like URL suggestions appear, including random .xyz/.cc/.cyou domains and escaped Unicode-looking strings.

Dear Mozilla Support Team, I am writing to request your assistance in recovering my Firefox/Mozilla account. I have unfortunately lost access to the authenticator app used for my Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Furthermore, I do not have my backup recovery codes saved. However, I am the rightful owner of the account and I currently have full access to the registered email address associated with it: riadchowdhury908@gmail.com I understand Mozilla's strict security and privacy policies. Is there any way to verify my identity through my registered email address or perform a manual review to disable the 2FA on my account? Everything I had saved has gone. My passwords for at least 12-14 years all the shortcuts to everything I had have gone. Even my saved recovery key has gone. Cannot even recover to an earlier time. I have been with you for donkeys years. I am absolutely heartbroken
