upgraded to Firefox 54.0.1 and Gmail won't open/cannot connect to Google website
1) tried to clear cookies - still not working 2) cleared history/cache - still not working 3) deleted cookies.sqlite files - still not working
was working before the upgrade

This is the most likely issue, corrupted cookies : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-login-issues-on-websites-require-passwords
