Be able to right click on Taskbar Icon to get "Enter Private Browsing"?

Where did the options go when I right click on the Firefox Taskbar Icon? Up until today it has always been there but I turn on my computer and this option is not there anymore. It is really annoying to have to Open Firefox to just go to File Start Private Browsing. Is there anyway you can bring this option back and keep it? Is there a version that would bring this option back? Thanks!

The Quick Launch Bar which is basically the Taskbar...When I right click the Enter Private Browsing is no longer there?
