Every time I go to Amazon, Ebay, etc to search Dealfly pops up at the bottom of the Mozilla screen. I'm on windows 8.1, Firefox 30.0, did not agree to the use of this and the uninstall directions on dealfly's website do not work. I contacted them and they want to remote in my my computer---NEVER will I allow that to happen. http://www.dealply.com/

My only other option is to stop using Mozilla all together. I don't want to do that as this is the only issue I've ever had with using this.

But I just cannot get this dealfly to go away. Any suggestions?

If you have removed dealply from the control panel, have you removed it from the add-ons list of firefox? Someone else also had a similar problem, see if this helps https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/954778

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
