Dear Support Team,

I’d like to improve the security of my account and login process. Is it possible to enable two-step verification (2FA), for example using an Authenticator app, to log in to Firefox (Firefox Account)?

My email address was recently compromised in the Odido incident, and I want to add an extra layer of protection to my passwords and personal data.

Could you please let me know whether 2FA is available for Firefox accounts, and if so, how I can set it up?

Het leek erop dat ik mij opnieuw moest aanmelden voor Mozilla. Na het invullen van wachtwoord de melding dat deze gegevens niet correct waren. Daarop een 10 cijferige code ontvangen, waarna gevraagd werd om een 6 cijferige code uit de authenticatieapp. Maar die werkt niet (meer?)

Hallo, Enkele maanden geleden heb ik ook via deze weg contact met jullie gehad. Ik kon en kan nog steeds niet in loggen in mijn normale account gizmotijger@gmail.com wel mer een gizmotijger+gmail.com. Ik had dit probleem net ook met X (twitter) en die konde de twee staps authenticator WEL verwijderen en het account was weer beschikbaar. Waarom lukt dat bij moz://a niet, dit vind ik erg jammer.

Hello,

I'd like to login into my account on a new laptop, so I can sync my passwords and bookmarks with this new device. When I try to log in on this laptop and enter my password, Firefox then prompts me to enter a 6-digit code sent via e-mail to verify the login. I've tried this numerous times but I never seem to receive this e-mail. I've tried requesting this code across multiple days and at different times of the day, but nothing helps. I've also added accounts@firefox.com to my contacts and checked the spam folder. I presume there is something wrong with my account, since my e-mailaccount receives e-mails from others just fine. Can someone help me with this issue?
