Everytime i open the firefox it shows me error "The proxy server is refusing connections" for this everytime i have to manually select the auto detect. I

This is happening from last one month. i set the proxy setting to auto-detect and it works fine. but then i close firefox and start it again shows me same error. so everytime i start firefox i have to change the setting to auto-detect.

Is there any permanent solution for it.?

HI

First of all are you using any proxy for internet access. If you do nat have a proxy, try to change the settings to No proxy.
