Can't access Yahoo Mail custom folders in Firefox (works fine in Chrome).
In Yahoo! mail there are organizer folders and custom folders which I cannot access in Firefox. I can access them through Chrome and through the Yahoo Mail app in Windows 8. I'd prefer to work through my Firefox tabs if I could though.
Another hint: Firefox crashed several times daily.

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, that's the first thing I tried, and it didn't work.

If you do then try to navigate to this Yahoo mail page starting with the Yahoo main or log in page.
Yes, it's my homepage. You're right, when I navigate to it manually, I can access my folders.
So is there a fix for this so that I can continue to have it as my homepage?
