every time I start my computer, I keep getting "found new hardware wizard, modem device on high definition audio bus", how do I get rid of it please?

Every time I start my computer, I keep getting "found new hardware wizard, modem device on high definition audio bus" message, then a screen popped up for installation. Because I don't want to install anything that I don't know what it is for, I just closed the screen, then another message popped up at the right bottom corner of my computer indicating something like there's a problem with the program etc. I have to repeat this each and every time I log on to my computer. This problem has started about a month ago and I don't understand how it started. Please advise how I could get rid of this please. Thanks, Rosemary
