No, I don't have other e-mail accounts. I thought of setting up a new FF account, but would rather not. It would mess up the system I've developed for keeping track of user names and passwords - don't want to confuse things.

Is there a way to directly contact Firefox to ask for help? Looked for a contact page and only found this forum.
