The malware/attack sites and phishing/web forgeries sites protection options of Firefox are configured in Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Security. The protections are on by default. Please see this.

There are other things that need your attention.

Your system details list shows that you've two Flash plugins installed, one an older Flash 10.3 version

2. Shockwave Flash 11.3 r300

If the latest Flash 11.3 is working for you then you should remove the older version.

You can check if there are multiple Flash player plugins present in the Flash player installation folder.

You seem to be running AVG SiteSafety (npsitesafety), so you may need to check the settings in that program.
