My Firefox Nightly refuses to update nightly
I'm a bit puzzled. When I was advised to use this version of Fx, it was mentioned that it would receive updates nightly. Everything was ok until the previous week when "Firefox will start in several seconds. it needs some time to install downloaded updates" window ceased to appear. I Wonder if this is ok. Unless, help me, please)

Why and by who were you advised to install the Nightly build?
Such a build can be highly unstable at times and you can also get surprised with unexpected changes or features that no longer work. You should always have another (release) Firefox version installed as a backup in case of problems. If you do not have that experience then you should stay away from the Nightly builds and either use one of the other test channels (Aurora or Beta) or that with only the release channel.
If the Nightly build refuses to update then that can be caused by problems (an update may not have been compiled) or something else is wrong.
In such a case you can try to download and install the full version of the current Nightly build from the FTP server.
