I can't click on dropdown boxes when there is a selection choice. I can only type the first letter of an answer to get it to enter. (i.e. Birth Month, have to click on O for October instead of just clicking October.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

In Firefox 4 and later Safe mode disables extensions and the JavaScript JIT compiler and disables hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
