How do I stop a broken popup window from opening with each new Firefox window?
I added Amazon's Wishlist toolbar and even after removing the toolbar, I get an Amazon popup every time I open a new Firefox window. (Welcome to the new Amazon Toolbar! Terms and Conditions - Amazon Toolbar) All of the popup's links and buttons are all broken. How do I get rid of the popup window?

Check the Home page setting.
