Hi i've lost the main top bar of Firefox so i cannot go to File, Edit, Bookmarks etc ... i don't know how to get it back .. plz can u help ?

I can't go to file, edit, bookmarks as that toolbar is no longer there at the top. The first one i have now is the back and forward, refresh buttons and the home etc ... plzzz can anybody help me to get the main top settings back ???
