once i click firefox it did not open

when i clicked firefox it did not open but in the window task manager opend then it dissapear after that i clicked again but the window task manager did not show

Hello wesley,

Can you try opening Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox then check mark the box that says "Disable all addons" then click on Continue. After opening in Safe Mode close the open Firefox window then try to open Firefox normally
