I have been using Duck for email etc. Suddenly I can not send outbound emails. Contacted Spectrum and was informed that Microsoft, Google, and Apple have suspended cooperation with spectrum. Because of this situation, Duck can not send emails etc. What can Mozilla do to rectify this situation and when? Mozilla is a great product. Thank you Jeff Herriman

There's a bunch I don't understand here. What is "Duck"? Is there any public source of information about this "suspended cooperation"? A Google search turns up nothing for me. What does "cooperation" mean in this context? Are you having a problem with Thunderbird?

I can't imagine what Mozilla could or would do about a dispute between several other companies, especially when they're not directly involved.
