I recently updated the computers at my shop. My shop uses an older program Mitchell 1 to process and organize invoices. I have used Thunderbird to email invoice pdfs for the longest time but now after updating I get “ERROR SENDING EMAIL. MAPI RETURNED -2147467259” it’s my understanding MAPI is outdated but I figured Thunderbird would still support this function.

Please use screen images, not photos from phones that appear on their side in the forum if you want people to actually look at them.

IS your Thunderbird version a 64bit one (help > about) what about your "older program Mitchell 1" While the development tams are keen to push everyone to 64 bit versions there are still frequent problems with MAPI and the matching bit type of the application.

Generally It is easiest to keep Thunderbird 32bit if you use 32bit MAPI applications.

I have tried both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of thunderbird. Error persists in both.
