Unfamiliar email account in which I can see their inbox on my Thunderbird email account. Unable to SEND OUTGOING emails.
I have an unfamiliar name on my Thunderbird account of g*******k@hughes.net (I do not know this account) and am able to see the inbox of this email account on my Thunderbird account. Please help.
Have been working with Hughesnet since 11/17/25 as I was unable to receive or send emails. As of 11/25/25 - I am now receiving emails - BUT - Unable to SEND outgoing emails. Hughesnet requested I contact Mozilla support as to the issues.
My email account is t****k@hughes.net

Posting your issue once is enough. All you do when posting twice is cause confusion. We're volunteers, not sitting at a help desk. If you somehow have an account for a person who is not you on your computer, the moral approach is to delete it. It's not yours. for your own account, if you post complete text of error message and screenshot of the SMTP server settings pane, someone here may have suggestions.
