Firefox account not syncing Gravatar photo

Hi, friends. I am brazilian and I'm not using a translator.

I recently lost access to my email registered on Gravatar email and on my personal Firefox account, so changed my email to one I had access to. I switched on both accounts, on Gravatar and Firefox.

A few days later, I noticed that my photo in my Firefox account was showing the default Gravatar photo, that blue "G", and on my Gravatar profile the photo was NOT the "G". I didn't understand the reason and I removed the photo from the Firefox account's profile, but now my profile has a "J" (my name's initial) registered as the default photo. OBS: I tried to change the email in the Firefox account again, I put a random email and then I put back to my registered email in Gravatar, and even so the photo in Firefox did not change.

Does anyone know what I can do? I just need to go back with my Gravatar default photo, I need that my Firefox recognize my Gravatar email.

The Loss of email access to the Primary account that was used to sync or login can't be recovered if you don't have access to that email account to reset. To reset the primary login it will send the reset to that primary account and as mentioned if you lost access to it - it's considered a lost account and you need to create a new account to use. As to Gravatar that is for you to contact their support to resolve your access issue.
