HI Matt,

See attached image, the error messages is basically incorrect password

The same password is letting me access my iinet webmail directly on their webmail login screen.

You may need to remove the password as stored in tools>privacy&security. It may still show the old server name. To do that, you will need to highlight the entire line (probably two lines) and remove both. Then exit TB and restart and you should be prompted for password.
