Thunderbird email won't receive or send after a 91.5.0 update

I can see in updates that Thunderbird updated on 1/16/22 to 91.5.0. Since then my verizon.net email won't receive. It says login to the server failed and wants me to enter my password. I know my password is correct since I can sign in directly to the aol account in a browser. My gmail account works, just not the verizon.net via AOL. Help, please.
