a lot of special characters in Reply or Forwarded Messages in 3 computers

I use Portable Thunderbird since 2015, but I only notice the following problems when it started to bother me at the end of 2019. When I do reply, I noticed that some of my previous texts have been inserted with a lot of special characters. I don’t know this is only happened to me or to other people. It has occurred in 3 different computers, a HP, a custom made and a Dell.
