Hi genegle, do you mean the Windows Taskbar, which has the start menu button, the search box, the clock, etc.?

This forum focuses on Mozilla products like the Firefox browser, so this isn't the best place for Windows tips.

That said, on Windows 7, if you right-click the Task bar, then click Properties, you can move the bar to a different part of the screen using a setting there.

My Problem is my Roboform toolbar is sitting on top of my taskbar at the bottom of my screen!. What I would like is to move the Roboform toolbar to the top of my screen!!

Hi genegle, the position of that bar is set by the Roboform software. Currently, add-ons can't insert new toolbars into the toolbar area (just the one button), so Roboform came up with the floating lower toolbar idea to save you the extra click. If you don't find it convenient where it is, you'll have to make do with the toolbar button.
