Is it possible to receive step-by-step instructions on how to retrieve deleted Thunderbird messages? I've seen several guides that don't seem to be applicable to MAC. One of them was MAC-specific, but referred to a "profile folder" and didn't provide instructions on how to find the profile folder. Thanks for any assistance!

Undelete/undo Ctrl+Z in windows... what is on the edit menu in a MAC I have no idea but there is an undo.

Then there is an add-on https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/index-en.html#recDelMsg

Or outright manual editing of the storage files (not a beginner task)

But as you simply do not say what your trying to achieve it is hard to say what approach is best.
