When I see my email and there is a link to a GIF image the image never opens on my PC when I click on it. I'm using Windows 8 and Mozilla Firefox.

Does it work if you copy the link to the clipboard and paste the link in the location bar and press Enter to open the link?

Can you post an example?

Any security or other errors in the Browser Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer;Ctrl+Shift+J) when you paste the link in the location bar?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
