All my bookmarks are saved on my PC in "Bookmarks\From Internet Explorer" on my desktop running Windows 7. I have a netbook (also on Windows 7) which is using Internet Explorer v8 as browser and would like to copy all my PC bookmarks to the netbook.

Can this be done and, if so, how?

Many thanks in advance.

Walter

this is a Firefox forum, we can't help you with IE issues.

This is not an IE issue. I am running Firefox. When I switched from IE to Firefox I was given the opportunity of importing all my IE bookmarks into Firefox and that is where they still are. Now I want to copy these bookmarks to my netbook but do not seem to be able to copy from Firefox and have long ago deleted my IE files.

Ah ok, well try the following:

Install Firefox on your netbook. You then have two options, the manual one-time method, or the automatic sync method which will also keep your bookmarks in sync in the future.

How do I set up Sync on my computer?
