I work for a company that has a website that requires to login in. Its often that the URL in the bookmark or shortcut will cause a login loop issue. We have to walk the customer through clearing out the cache, cookies, history, add our domain to the privacy and security settings, remove any shortcuts/favorites/bookmarks, then create new ones with the proper URL. I am trying to create a .bat for our support agents and customers to use to minimize call times and mistakes (ie. customers always lie about what they're doing.). I know this is a lot, but any help would be appreciated. I've created one for Internet Explorer and works flawlessly, but Firefox has been a challenge.
