it says firefox is running but not responding and i have unistalled and reinstalled it a few times and it didn't work ,then i finally got it to open but it keeps crashing and trys to restore it self and i have no information that I had been using.I have had this on my laptop for 2 years with no problems until now and i like using firefox but now i can not do it unless you fix it thank you ,vickie obara ,vobara49@hotmail.com
