Recently when I click on a hyperlink in an e-mail (using Outlook) I get an error msg 'General failure. The URL was xxx. An error occurred in sending the command to the application'

problem confirmed! When I clicked on the hyperlink in the e-mail asking for confirmation, I got the error.
