Any help or advise wiil be greatly appreciated. Searching has not found any previous Questions or answers to this.

I have the same problem with Windows XP.

I can get to MSN & Mail through the Windows start command, where I have it pinned, but there is no way to bookmark the page in Firefox.

The MSN through Firefox only links to Hotmail and that's not my email address.

I have the same problems with my list of MSN favorites and have to access them through the same start menu link.

In Firefox go to the MSN start menu, choose MSN to access mail and favorites. It brings up the MSN homepage.

This works, awkwardly, for Win XP.
