Hi Pure, are you having this issue in Firefox for Android, or in Firefox for a "desktop" OS like Windows, Mac, or Linux?

If there is a specific error message when you try to install an extension, what is it?

In case you are running an older version of Firefox, it might be too old to install extensions signed with an update certificate. See: Update Firefox to prevent add-ons issues from root certificate expiration.
