Bonjour
Is it your question
What do the security warning codes mean https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-does-your-connection-is-not-secure-mean Troubleshoot security error codes on secure websites https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/error-codes-secure-websites
You can verify the site with SSL Labs https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest
SSL Report: Overall Rating F, Revocation status Revoked INSECURE, at the moment, analyzed. https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=online.peso.gov.in https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=online.peso.gov.in&s=16.4.86.189 https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=online.peso.gov.in&s=15.252.205.48

To see, i tried also with Waterfox and Edge.
Nevertheless, Firefox vous avertit à propos de ce site, car le certificat fourni pour https://online.peso.gov.in a été révoqué et n’est plus digne de confiance. Faites preuve de prudence, il semble y avoir un problème.
Many government and other websites in India like *.gov.in and others may still be affected by the certificates that they are using?.
Does not help that emSign went out of business in India on Oct 22. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EMudhra
For example digitalpolicecitizenservices.gov.in and indianvisaonline.gov.in both failed with certificate and got a F on SSL Labs. Then the indianvisaonline.gov.in was updated shortly after however the other has not been fixed yet since last week,
