Why is correspondent name being changed from original to random one?

Some of my emails have had the original correspondent's name changed to random one. The email contains the original information. Example: AJ Ket... changed to Kaiser. Please assist. Thank you.

You may have a corrupt folder index and the header information may be out of sync with the messages themselves. To fix this, right-click on the folder name in the left-hand Folders Pane, and from the context menu choose <Properties | General Information>, then click the "Repair Folder" button. Follow this up by Compacting the folder (right-click on the folder name in the left-hand Folders Pane, and from the context menu choose "Compact".)
