I am visually impaired and need to increase the font and make them clearer, but I can't find any help with that problem. I guess if you have problems seeing the page, there is nothing you can do to make it better.

You can start with changing the font size to see if it helps.

Click on View ( or press <Alt> key + V ), and then Font Size : you can increase the font.
