I need a list of contacts

I've been a Thunderbird(TB) user for many years. Or I should say "was". A few months ago my computer was hacked. As a result I was unable to access my TB account. Since then I've had no choice but to use Gmail. 

  When I lost access to TB I also lost all of my contacts. Is it possible to get a list of those contacts. Even if it was just the names, and not the passwords, that would still be big help. My  username here was pwrichcreek@twc.com. That email address is no longer valid.

If the hard drive wasn't damaged, the addressbook may still be there. the main addressbook is named abook.sqlite and the collected addressbook is named history.sqlite. If you can find those, you have everything, and we can help you reattach to Thunderbird.
