Your Firefox USerAgent used to post this thread appears to be Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0

The NT 5.1/5.2 is Windows XP as NT 6.0 is Vista. Perhaps you are running Firefox 115 ESR in Windows XP/Vista compatibility mode on Windows 7 for some reason?

The Fx 115.27.0esr may be the last update for the old Fx 115 ESR branch unless Mozilla decides in September before the 16th to extend updates for a third time.

Note Firefox 116.0 to current requires Windows 10/11 to run as dual booting with Linux is another option to have current Firefox versions.
